When buying a property sometimes a mortgage lender may request that a tree survey or tree assessment by a qualified arboriculturist is undertaken.

Our team will visit the property and consider the impact of trees on the property. We consider any trees in close proximity, both on and off site as well as soil type and any other environmental factors.

Having done it ourselves we realise that the process of buying a house can often feel like it’s dragging on and on. Therefore we aim to complete the tree survey and report in a week of your instruction.

Insurance Report

Trees can cause damage to buildings and structures and are often blamed for cracks and subsidence.

Where trees have been implicated we can provide an independent Insurance Report to inform decision making for both Insurers and Tree owners.

One of our team will visit the site and we will consider a number of factors including soil type, tree species, root zones, season and proximity.
