BOSTON MANOR PARK, HOUNSLOW
We’re pleased to announce that we’ve won the contract to provide a full Tree Survey and Arboricultural Consultancy Services to support the ‘Reconnecting Boston Manor Park Heritage Lottery Fund Development’.
NATIONAL CHURCHES TRUST FRAMEWORK
We’ve been appointed to the National Churches Trust MaintenanceBooker website as a selected supplier of Tree Survey and Tree Risk Assessment services.
MaintenanceBooker’s goal is to make it easy for churches and ecclesiastical buildings, to access the highest standard of inspection and maintenance services. Currently available across Yorkshire the scheme will be rolled out across the rest of the country throughout the next few months.
The key aims of the project are to promote the benefits of preventative maintenance of churches and therefore improve the condition of the country’s heritage.
HANDSWORTH ROAD, SHEFFIELD
We are pleased to have assisted our clients in gaining planning consent for the development at Handsworth Road, Sheffield. Working with Tatlow Stancer Architects we provided arboricultural advice including a full Tree Survey and Tree Protection proposals to BS5837:2012. Image courtesy of Tatlow Stancer Architects.
THE COACH HOUSE, BELGRAVE ROAD
We are pleased to see that The Coach House, Belgrave Road has been completed and is now up for sale! To support the planning application we were asked to undertake a full Tree Survey to BS5837:2012 Trees in relation to Planning, Demolition and Construction – Recommendations. As the site is located within the Ranmoor Conservation Area the trees are afforded additional protection. So as not to impact on the Conservation Area we worked with JVN Architects and advised the ideal locations to form new accesses onto Belgrave Road while retaining the higher quality trees and the amenity that they provide.
We also prepared a Tree Protection Plan, Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Method Statement, Landscape Masterplan and Planting Plans to discharge the relevant planning conditions.
